Bella Lago:  Bella Lago is a wonderful neighborhood in southwest Flower Mound that features 65 homes constructed in 2006.  Lots are larger than the typical city lot with most being one acre.  Homes sale for in all price ranges but the average priced home sells for $650K.  The area features a greenbelt and a home owners association.   Bella Lago is an exceptional neighborhood for families with children as it features the exemplary Liberty Elementary School, the exemplary, McKamy Middle School, and the exemplary Flower Mound High School.

Wellington:  Wellington is located in central Flower Mound and is a beautiful master planned community that contains close to 2,400 homes.  The community began construction in 1995 and features some outstanding community amenities that truly make life enjoyable.  Community amenities include bike and jogging paths, tennis courts, swimming pools, neighborhood parks and a lake, community and fitness center, and a children’s playground.  The average priced home is right around $250K.

Point Noble:  Point Noble is located in southwest Flower Mound.  Residents enjoy  Lake Grapevine which is a wonderful outlet to boat, sail or ski,  and a wonderful neighborhood that contains just under 50 homes that were built beginning in 1996.  The lot size of the homes are larger than standard at 1.5 acres, and the average  priced home is right around $700K.  The neighborhood is a gated neighborhood with a home owners association that helps to secure the condition of the properties.  Again, families with children will enjoy an exemplary education at the Liberty Elementary School, the McKamy Middle School and the Flower Mound High School.
